Our 2023 auction features 15 coffees made in our experimental processing unit Masterpac. This year we're introducing a new varietals - four of the Ethiopian lineages brought to Daterra come from Kaffa – and these landraces are what compose this amazing and very limited coffee that we present for the very first time in this auction.We are also showcasing Jacira. This is not an official cultivar released on the market. It is a specific genetic material that was selected inside Daterra, from our research field in partnership with IAC Institute (Instituto Agronômico de Campinas). And much more!
